- Guests using the guest-facing functionality of the Service; and
- Restaurants and Restaurant personnel using the operational and restaurant-facing functionality of the Service.

2. Information we collect
Information from Guests
We may collect information provided directly by Guests, including:
- name, username, display name, or nickname;
- email address and phone number;
- account credentials and authentication information;
- order history and transaction information;
- loyalty-program participation and activity;
- reviews, ratings, comments, photos, videos, and other User Content;
- table, reservation, and Restaurant interaction information;
- preferences, favorites, and saved settings;
- support requests and communications; and
- other information voluntarily submitted through the Service.
Information from Restaurants and Restaurant personnel
We may collect information provided by Restaurants and Restaurant personnel, including:
- Restaurant name, branding, menus, and Restaurant Materials;
- business registration and licensing information;
- Restaurant staff EID details and photos;
- contact information for Restaurant owners, managers, employees, and authorized personnel;
- payment-settlement and transaction-related information;
- operational information, inventory records, scheduling information, timesheets, analytics, and reporting data;
- reservation and table-management information;
- communications with the Company; and
- other information submitted or generated through use of the Service.
3. Payment information
Payments made through the Service are processed by independent third-party Payment Providers.
We do not store full payment-card numbers or full payment credentials on our own systems.
We may receive limited payment-related information, such as:
- transaction identifiers;
- payment status;
- payment method type;
- settlement information; and
- fraud or chargeback indicators.
Payment processing may also be subject to the privacy policies and terms of the applicable Payment Providers.

Certain functionality of the Service may become unavailable or limited if location permissions are disabled.
The Company does not continuously track your real-time location outside the operation of relevant Service functionality.
5. AR Features and device permissions
Subject to your device settings and permissions, the Service may request access to:
- your device camera;
- photos or media library;

- local storage; and
- related device functionality necessary to operate AR Features.
Photos, videos, screenshots, or other media created using AR Features may be stored locally on your device and may include branding elements, watermarks, usernames, or other Service-related identifiers.
You may disable certain permissions through your device settings, although some functionality may become unavailable or limited.

9. Restaurant access to Guest information
Restaurants may receive limited Guest-related information necessary for Restaurant operations, including order fulfillment, reservations, customer support, complaint handling, and loyalty functionality.
Restaurants remain independently responsible for their own handling of Guest information and for complying with applicable privacy, marketing, consumer-protection, and data-protection laws.
The Company does not control how Restaurants independently use or process information outside the Service.
10. Local systems and offline functionality
Certain Restaurant-related functionality may optionally be installed or operated on local Restaurant-controlled systems, devices, or computers in order to support operational continuity or offline functionality.
Where local installations are used:
- certain information may temporarily reside on Restaurant-controlled systems;
- synchronization between local systems and cloud infrastructure may not always occur immediately;
- local storage, security, backups, access controls, and device management may be controlled by the Restaurant; and
- the Restaurant is responsible for the physical and technical security of Restaurant-controlled systems and local environments.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted synchronization, local-system availability, or recovery of locally stored information.
11. International transfers
Information processed through the Service may be stored, transferred, processed, or accessed in multiple jurisdictions, including jurisdictions outside your country of residence.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws than your own jurisdiction.
